Women to Women: Equality Within Our Gender

We often think of Equality as an issue between genders, but we lose sight of how important equality is WITHIN our gender.

We will discuss the need for empowerment, opportunity, and collaboration between women. I will focus on the critical importance or recognizing and embracing the mutual value that we offer, complimenting rather than competing with one another.
